Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 8, 2026

1. About this policy

Mind Rehab ("we," "us," or "our") is based in Nevada, United States, and operates mind-rehab.com and www.mind-rehab.com. This policy explains how information is handled when you visit our public website, send an inquiry, or subscribe to our newsletter.

This policy covers the public website. It does not replace any separate privacy notice or agreement for clinical care, a correctional tablet platform, or a learning management system. The public website does not accept payments or function as a patient portal.

2. Information you provide

When you contact us, we collect the information you enter, including your name, email address, subject, and message. You may also choose to provide your organization or other information relevant to your inquiry. Newsletter signup collects your email address.

Please do not send medical records, diagnoses, treatment details, government identification numbers, or other confidential information through the public forms. Ask us how to use an appropriate channel if your inquiry requires sensitive information.

3. Website and technical information

Cloudflare supports website hosting, delivery, security, and performance measurement. When you visit, technical information may include your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, referring pages, timestamps, and request or performance information. This information helps deliver the site, detect abuse, and understand its operation.

4. How information is used

We use information to respond to inquiries, communicate about requested resources or services, send newsletters requested by subscribers, operate and improve the website, maintain security, and meet applicable legal obligations. The contact form is for inquiries. The newsletter form lets you request newsletter communications.

5. Service providers and disclosures

Providers that support website hosting, security, email, and newsletter delivery may process information needed to perform those functions. Cloudflare's handling of website traffic is also described in its published privacy information: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/.

We may disclose information where required by law or valid legal process, or as necessary to investigate abuse and protect the rights, safety, and security of visitors and Mind Rehab. A third-party website that you choose to visit has its own privacy practices. Providers that deliver website, security, and email services may process technical information about your online interactions over time and across websites or services they support, under their own privacy notices.

6. Cookies and performance measurement

The website loads a Cloudflare performance-measurement beacon. Cloudflare security features may also use necessary cookies, for example when a visitor encounters a security challenge. Cloudflare explains these cookies at https://developers.cloudflare.com/fundamentals/reference/policies-compliances/cloudflare-cookies/.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may affect some website or security functions.

7. Newsletter and privacy choices

To stop newsletter emails, follow the unsubscribe instructions in an email or contact Contact@mind-rehab.com with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line. We will honor requests as required by applicable law. An unsubscribe request does not prevent us from responding to a separate inquiry you send.

You may contact the same address to ask about information you provided or request access, correction, or deletion. We will assess requests under applicable law, may need to verify that the information belongs to you, and may retain information where a legal obligation or legitimate recordkeeping requirement applies. Please do not send sensitive identity documents unless we arrange a suitable verification method.

8. Nevada privacy requests

Nevada residents may submit a request directing Mind Rehab not to sell covered information about them, as provided by Nevada law. Contact@mind-rehab.com is our designated address for these requests. Use "Nevada Privacy Request" in the subject line and provide enough information for us to identify your previous inquiry or subscription. Do not include medical records or sensitive identification documents.

We will verify the request and respond within the time required by applicable law. For a verified request under NRS 603A.345, that period is 60 days after receipt, with an extension of up to 30 days when reasonably necessary and with notice of the extension. Information needed to honor a request may be retained for that purpose.

9. Retention and security

How long information is kept depends on the inquiry, the subscription, and applicable business or legal recordkeeping requirements. Limited records may be needed to honor an unsubscribe or other privacy request. Contact us to ask about information associated with your inquiry or subscription.

Website delivery and security are supported by Cloudflare. No website, email service, or method of electronic storage can guarantee complete security. The public contact forms are not designed for confidential clinical communications.

10. Children and sensitive information

If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorization, or confidential health information has been submitted through a public form, contact us so we can review the submission and take appropriate action under applicable law.

11. Updates and contact

We will post changes to this policy on this page and update its date. For material changes, we will place a notice on this policy page and provide any additional notice or consent process required by applicable law.
